The complete MPE Performance HHO generator kit includes the 2
cell unit, de-mister, electronics package, bubbler tank, and all
necessary hoses, cabling, and materials to make installation a
snap! The unit comes fully assembled and ready for installation.
Housed inside of a powder coated steel lockbox the unit is
protected from theft and the elements. The box comes equipped
with dual fans for excellent cooling capability. The lockbox is
equipped with a keyed cam lock for ease of access and for great
theft deterrence.

GENERATOR CELL
Our Hydrogen Generator Cell is a unique dry cell design
consisting of 2 sets of 304 stainless steel tubes. Each set
consists of 6 tubes measuring 12 inches long. Each set of tubes
is held in place by a custom injection molded plastic end cap
that keeps each tube evenly spaced for maximum production and
efficiency. The electrolytic solution is evenly delivered to and
extracted from each set of tubes by two CNC machined plastic
manifolds. The entire unit is mounted on two laser cut stainless
steel mounting brackets. Each bracket features several holes for
multiple mounting possibilities. *The components and process
used in the fluid delivery system are Patent Pending.*

 ELECTRONICS
PACKAGE
Our Electronics Package consist of two components, a Power
Module that delivers electric current to the hydrogen generator
cell and an In-Cab Display Monitor. The power module supplies
strictly regulated volts/amps from the vehicles battery to the
hydrogen cell through a fully automated process of pulse width
modulation. The in-cab monitor features an LED display that
shows the amps that are being delivered to the unit and also can
be switched to show the temperature of the Power Module itself.
Indicator lights also show when the bubbler tank is low on
fluid, when the electrolytic solution is past its effectiveness
and when the unit is too hot. System also includes Power Wire,
125 amp Mega Fuse & Holder and In-Cab Display Cable.

 BUBBLER
TANK w/ LEVEL SENSOR
The Bubbler Tank is a custom 2 quart plastic reservoir that
stores the excess electrolytic solution. Each tank is fitted
with a level sensor that can be incorporated with our
electronics or fitted with an indicator light in a
do-it-yourself situation. There are four NPT ports spun weld
onto each tank for the use of threaded hose barbs. There are two
¼” NPT ports on the top and two 3/8” NPT ports on the bottom.
The tank features a large 2 ¼” mouth for filling and is sealed
off with a quality non-vented plastic cap. There are tabs with
two holes on either side of the tank for easy mounting
capabilities.

SCRUBBER / DE-MISTER
UNIT
Our two stage De-mister Unit removes moisture and alkali and
other pollutants from the HHO airstream. It’s simple design and
easy maintenance features make it a must have addition to any
Hydrogen generator system. The included sight tube show current
fluid level while filling and as a daily double check. The
rubber stopper acts as a secondary safety relief.
