MPE Performance LLC ("MPE Performance", "we", "us" or "our") makes the following limited warranty regarding your new MPE Performance product ("Product"). Your installation, operation or use of the Product constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this limited warranty. No employee, representative, distributor, retailer or other person is authorized to change the terms of this limited warranty or to grant any other warranty on behalf of MPE Performance.

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship of your Product.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Any problem that is caused by (a) operating the Product outside its designed output capacity (including amperage, voltage, and gas output); (b) misusing or neglecting the Productor improperly or inadequately maintaining the Product; (d) improperly installing the Product; (e) any unauthorized modifications or alterations to the Product; (c) accident; or (f) an act of God (like an earthquake, fire or flood).
• Charges for labor or other costs incurred to troubleshoot, remove, install, service, or handle the Product or any of the Product's parts.

MPE Performance will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential and incidental damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

The limitations on our liability set forth in this limited warranty will remain in effect and continue to be enforceable even if any of the remedies provided in this limited warranty are determined by a court to fail in their essential purpose.

How Long The Coverage Lasts Under This Warranty

Coverage under this limited warranty begins on the date you purchased your Product and lasts for one (1) year after the purchase date. This limited warranty period is not extended if we replace a Product or any of its parts.

This limited warranty is valid only for the first purchaser of the Product. The applicable warranty coverage described in this limited warranty will terminate if you sell or otherwise transfer your Product (or, if applicable, the vehicle it is installed on).

All Other Warranties Are Limited or Excluded Under This Warranty

We make no express warranties regarding the Product except as specifically set forth in this limited warranty. All implied warranties that apply to your Product are limited to one (1) year. Implied warranties include, but are not limited to, a warranty of merchantability (an unwritten promise that your Product is fit for ordinary use and that there is nothing significantly wrong with it). No warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the limited warranty period expires.>

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

How To Get Service Under This Warranty

Claims may be made under this limited warranty by returning your Product to an authorized MPE Performance distributor or by contacting the MPE Performance Center at 1-800-635-9950.  All authorized returns must be sent postage prepaid. We will not be responsible for any Product returned to us that was not arranged through an authorized MPE Performance distributor or authorized by us.

What We Will Do To Correct Problems

If all the terms of this limited warranty have been met, we will repair or replace your Product, at our option, if we determine that there is a defect in material or workmanship of the Product. We will pay to ship the repaired or replaced Product to you.

Your sole remedy under this limited warranty is the repair or replacement of the Product, at our discretion. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR liability exceed the price you paid for your Product, plus the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product to you. This is the maximum amount for which we are responsible.

How State Law Applies To This Warranty

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
